ACS - Switch Service Kit - A-3650-2

Consists of replacement internal switch contacts, lubricant, diode assembly, and terminal board as required for compliance with ACS Ignition Switch Service Bulletin SB92-01. Kit A-3650-2 contains diode assembly for starter solenoids with one or two coil contacts.

COUPLING OR IS RETARD BREAKER MAG
Installation of Ignition Switch

A)
Use SHIELDED wire on all connections and ground to
nearest structural member.

B)
Terminal 1 must have a jumper installed when LEFT MAG has IMPULSE COUPLING or is RETARD BREAKER MAG.

C)
Connect wire from RIGHT MAG to terminal 1 of drawing.
Connect wire from LEFT MAG to terminal 2 of drawing.
Connect wire from STARTER SOLENOID to terminal 3 of drawing.
Connect wire from Positive terminal of power supply to terminal 4 of drawing.
Connect wire from terminal 5 of drawing to nearest structural member

Replacement parts for ignition starter switch:
Diode Assembly Part Number 16050-2. For use on A510-2, A510-2K starter solenoid with one or two coil contacts.
Switch Service Kit: Part Number A-3650-2. Consists of replacement internal switch contacts, lubricant, diode assembly, and terminal board.
Faceplates: Faceplate with start position Part Number A-2255-A. Faceplate with no start position Part Number A-2255-A1.
Blank keys: Uncut for door and baggage locks. Part Number A-3550-A.
