Domestic Orders — Serbia

Orders received until 12:00 will be dispatched the same day by the courier service you choose in the cart when making your order. Orders received later will be sent on the next working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order during this period, our sales team will contact you immediately and notify you of the expected delivery date. If the postponed delivery does not suit you, you can cancel your order. If your cancelled order was paid by card, the reserved funds will be returned.

In case of partial delivery, our sales team will contact you to confirm whether you want partial delivery or prefer to wait for a complete shipment.

Shipping to All European Countries

We offer several different shipping methods for all European countries. The available methods depend on the delivery country, shipping weight, dimensions and type of items in your shipment.

For standard shipments you can choose one of the following carriers:

• Post of Serbia (POST EXPORT)
• DHL
• FedEx
• TNT

You can select from the available shipping methods when you proceed to Checkout. If you would like to use your own DHL, TNT or FedEx account number, please use the COLLECT shipping method in Checkout and send your account number by e-mail to our sales team.
