Currency Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in the Serbian currency — dinars (RSD). The amount charged to your credit card is obtained by converting the price in euros into Serbian dinars according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card association. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on the website.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product and receive a refund, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

If payment has been made and the order has not been delivered, all charged amounts will be refunded via VISA, Maestro and MasterCard payment methods. Refunds are made exclusively to the card account from which the payment was made. If our system is unable to process the refund to your card, the payment will be made to your bank account.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our store on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received by 12:00 will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped on the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges

In the event of a product defect, the item may be returned for repair or replacement. If the product does not meet your needs, you may return it within 7 days, provided that it is unused and in its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for sending the return shipment as an insured parcel.
• A refund cannot be processed until the product has been physically received and inspected.
• Shipping costs for sending the replacement product may be charged for item exchanges.
• Defective products will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable period.

Backorders

If a product is on backorder, our sales team will contact you to discuss the expected delivery time. You may choose one of the following options:

• Wait for the product — your order remains open and will be fulfilled as soon as the product becomes available.
• Partial delivery — available items are shipped immediately, while the backordered item is shipped separately once it arrives.
• Order cancellation — if the delivery time does not suit you, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT (20%) unless otherwise stated. Grappolo Aviation d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price valid at the time the order is placed will apply to your payment.

For customers who do not have permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Serbia, a VAT refund may be available under the Tax-Free scheme. Please visit our VAT Refund for more information.

You can view your order history and the status of your orders at any time by logging into your account and going to My Account → My Orders.

If you placed an order as a guest, you can check the order status using the order number and the email address entered during purchase, through the Orders and Returns.
