Aircraft-grade single-conductor electrical wire manufactured to MIL-W-22759/16 (SAE AS22759/16) specification, featuring a stranded tin-plated copper conductor with ETFE (Tefzel®) insulation. Designed for aerospace electrical systems, this lightweight and durable wire provides excellent resistance to heat, abrasion, chemicals, aviation fluids, and environmental exposure while maintaining flexibility and reliable electrical performance. The 18 AWG white wire is supplied in a 100-foot roll and is suitable for aircraft wiring harness fabrication, avionics installations, and general airframe electrical applications.
