High-frequency RF chip termination resistor designed to provide a precise 50-ohm impedance match in microwave and RF circuits. Used to absorb reflected RF power and prevent signal distortion, standing waves, and damage in transmission lines. Built on an aluminum nitride (AlN) substrate for excellent thermal conductivity, allowing stable high-power operation up to 30W across DC to 2 GHz frequency range. Commonly used in RF test equipment, avionics communication systems, radar modules, and microwave signal conditioning circuits.
