MS21045L8 – Nut (Alt. to MS20365-820C)

Aerospace all-metal self-locking hex nut designed for high-temperature and high-vibration aircraft applications. It uses an all-metal prevailing torque locking feature (no non-metallic insert), making it suitable for environments where elevated temperatures or chemical exposure would degrade standard nylon-insert lock nuts. It is manufactured to military standard MS21045 and serves as a replacement for MS20365-820C in approved installations.

Aircraft engine compartments, turbine engine accessory systems, high-temperature airframe zones, exhaust-adjacent assemblies, and other aerospace fastening points requiring all-metal locking nuts
