The ERB-8011 starter is a high-performance 24 V aircraft starter assembly designed for Lycoming engines, featuring a 9-tooth pinion with 12/14 pitch compatible with 149-tooth ring gears. It provides high torque engine cranking and reliable starts while reducing electrical load on the aircraft system.

This starter uses an advanced E-Drive design with permanent magnet motor, eliminating the need for a traditional Bendix drive and improving reliability.
