The LP5951MF-3.3/NOPB is a micropower low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator designed to generate a stable 3.3 V fixed output from a higher DC input supply. It is optimized for low-power embedded, portable, and battery-powered systems where efficiency at low load current and low quiescent consumption are critical.
It provides up to 150 mA output current and maintains regulation with very low dropout voltage, making it suitable for systems powered from 5 V rails, Li-ion cells, or regulated buses.
